Preference by Ebba (below “PbE”) is concerned about you and your privacy. In this privacy protection policy we will explain how we collect and use personal data. We also describe your rights and how you can exercise them.

Purchases/orders/deliveries
We process your personal data to register you as a new customer and in order to manage your orders of our products and services, for example in order to send messages about products, including delivery status.

We process your personal data in order to comply with applicable laws, such as accounting and tax laws.

How long do we retain your data?

We never share, sell or exchange your personal data to companies, organizations or individuals outside of PbE for marketing purposes.
Where do we process your personal data?
Your personal data is processed within the EU/EEA. In case that any of our suppliers is established or stores information in a country outside the EU/EEA, we will take all reasonable, legal, technichal and organizational measures to ensure that the processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with the regulations within the EU/EEA. For example, by ensuring that the supplier operates in a country in which the European Commission has decided that there is an adequate level of protection, or by using appropriate safeguards such as standard contract clauses approved by the European Commission.
What are your rights?
Right to rectification
You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if they are incorrect, including the right to supplement incomplete personal data.

Right to erasure
Under certain circumstances you have the right to request erasure of your personal data. However, this does not apply, for example, if we are obliged by law to preserve the information.

We do not continue to process personal data, except if we can demonstrate a legitimate reason for the processing that outweighs your interests and rights, or if we must continue processing to safeguard our legal interests.

Limitation of processing
You have the right to request that our processing of your personal data to be limited in the following cases.
If you claim that the personal data we process is incorrect, you can request limited processing for the time we need to check whether the personal data is correct.

The processing ceases in such a case if we do not have a legitimate interest that outweighs your interests or if we have to continue the processing in order to safeguard our legal interests. If you have objected to a balancing of interests of legitimate interest, you can request limited processing during the time we need to check whether our legitimate interests outweigh your interests in having the data deleted.
If the processing of personal data is in breach of the law, you can object to the personal data being deleted and instead request a restriction on the use of your personal data while the matter is being investigated and if we no longer need the personal data but it is required for you to defend yourself against legal claims.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have the personal data that you have provided to us and that we process automatically due to an agreement with you or as a result of your consent, in a structured, ordinary and machine-readable format, transferred to you or a third party.
