Delivery time, costs and taxes

Our ambition is to process your order within 24 hours. As soon as we have received your order and a confirmed payment has been made your order will be shipped with a courier.

All shippings within Europe are FREE and will take 3 – 7 working days depending on your domicile.

All shippings outside Europe, of orders under 3000 euros, will be charged with 50 euros and will take 6 – 10 working days depending on your domicile. However, please note that all orders above 3000 euros outside Europe are also FREE.

Please note that all local import taxes, duties or customs charges are the customer’s responsibilities.

Returns

You always have the right to return your online purchase and receive a full refund (shipping costs excluded) as long as you inform us of your intention to return an item within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The item must then be delivered back to us within 14 days from the day you informed us of the return and be in the same condition as it was when you received it. It must also be returned with its original tags, case, and packaging.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@preferencebyebba.com and we will give you the details of our return address and assist you in any way we can.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, including any losses or damages incurred during the return process. Therefore, please ensure that you use a courier service that offers compensation for loss and damage.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within seven working days from the receipt of the returned item and made to the payment method (credit card, bank account) initially used for the purchase.
