These vintage 14 karat gold stud earrings, named Ruska, have a softly domed form that curves neatly around the earlobe. Their surface is richly textured, with a slightly crumpled, bark-like finish and fine vertical folds that give the gold depth and movement. The colour is a bright, warm gold that catches the light beautifully, while the sculpted shape keeps the look grounded and strong.
On the ear, they sit close and feel full rather than flat, adding texture and glow without needing extra detail. They are easy to wear from morning onwards, yet have enough presence to stand out on their own. A small golden lift with character.
Please note that the butterfly backs are not original: one is in 18k gold and the other in 14k gold.
Did you know that Princess Leia wore Björn Weckström’s Planetary Valleys necklace in the first Star Wars film, released in 1977?
