These vintage earrings in 18-karat gold feature a balanced, two-part construction with a triangular openwork top set with a single pearl. From this upper element hangs an oval, faceted amethyst in a soft, shifting purple tone that catches the light with clear brilliance. The connection between the pearl top and the gemstone allows gentle movement, giving the earrings a refined drop silhouette. They fasten with screwbacks.
Worn on the ear, the earrings appear delicate yet defined, with the contrast between the warm gold, the luminous pearl and the cool amethyst creating a harmonious, elegant presence.
Heribert Engelbert founded his jewelry company in 1920. During the 1940s, his son, Stig Engelbert, took over the business, and by the late 1940s, he established Ateljé Stigbert. With a passion for crafting unique designs, they quickly gained a reputation for their exquisite handmade jewelry. Over the years, Ateljé Stigbert has continued to thrive, captivating customers with timeless and elegant creations.
