This vintage silver ring is centered by an oval, double-sided top mounted in a smooth bezel setting. One face is set with glossy black obsidian, the other with softly luminous white mother-of-pearl, allowing the ring to be worn in two distinct expressions. The oval top is generously scaled yet balanced, and mounted on a discreet pivoting mechanism that allows it to rotate within the setting.
The silver shank is continuous and softly contoured, curving upward to meet the bezel on either side. Where shank and setting connect, small rounded silver details accent the construction and emphasize the ring’s articulated design. On the hand, the ring feels refined yet playful, offering versatility through material contrast and movement. It reads as quietly sculptural, shifting character with light, angle, and choice of surface.
